  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • fresh basil, torn to taste


  • Dice tomatoes into bit-sized pieces.
  • To a medium-sized bowl add diced tomatoes, white wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and torn fresh basil.
  • Serve with toasted bread (I prefer sourdough), crackers, tortilla chips or as a topping to tacos.
